Nido
Rooted in the expressive geometry and rich materiality of mid-century Brazilian design, Nido captures the spirit of a cultural moment when craft, architecture, and nature converged. Its form is bold yet quiet—an interplay of sculpture and utility that feels both grounded and elevated.
The circular top, crafted from solid Brazilian wood, radiates warmth and organic texture. A gentle bevel softens the edge, giving the surface a sense of lift while honoring the grain’s natural beauty. It’s a table that doesn’t just hold objects—it holds presence.
Below, the pedestal base anchors Nido with architectural clarity. Four intersecting planes create a cruciform structure, subtly curved to echo the softened modernism of Brazil’s design icons. This silhouette—at once simple and striking—pays homage to the work of masters like Rodrigues and Tenreiro, who championed material honesty and form as function.
Every detail of Nido speaks to the ethos of its inspiration: joinery that respects tradition, proportions that feel inevitable, and surfaces finished by hand to reveal the wood’s soul. There is no excess, only intention.
Designed to live effortlessly among both sparse modern interiors and richly layered spaces, Nido is more than a coffee table—it is a celebration of restraint, rhythm, and the timeless beauty of Brazilian modernism.
