This compact writing desk is a bold celebration of Brazilian design innovation, infused with the clean sophistication of midcentury modern aesthetics. Defined by its distinctive curved wood canopy, the desk features a warm, richly grained timber that wraps elegantly around the work surface, merging organic form with contemporary function.
Resting on slender, minimalist metal legs, the desk creates a striking contrast between materiality and lightness. The raised edge and integrated wooden trays provide thoughtful organization and visual structure, making it ideal for a curated workspace or statement hallway console.
Combining sculptural craftsmanship with a refined sensibility, this piece echoes the artistry of Brazilian modernist masters, where functionality is never separate from beauty. Perfect for intimate spaces, it offers a refined place to work, reflect, or display, bringing warmth and character to any interior.

Structure in Tauari
Multiples options of veneer availableTauari, also known as Brazilian Oak, is comparable to North American Red Oak, but 13% harder. Its colours range from off-white to medium brown, with a medium graining pattern and low luster. Tauari wood provides the highly sought after "wheat" colour associated with domestic oak. In addition to being visually appealing, this hardwood is also resistant to decay, insects, and other impacts, ensuring long lasting use of your Tauari wood product.
