Sculptural yet understated, this coffee table is a tribute to the elegance and innovation of Brazilian midcentury design. With its low, expansive profile and thoughtful proportions, it invites conversation and quiet admiration alike.
Crafted in solid wood, the table celebrates the natural character of the material—its grain, tone, and texture brought to life through hand-finishing techniques. The surface is broad and uninterrupted, designed to anchor a living space while remaining effortlessly functional.
Subtly tapered legs extend outward with a gentle curve, a nod to the organic modernism that defined Brazil’s design heritage. Beneath its calm surface, refined joinery and seamless construction highlight a commitment to precision and craft.
Balancing presence with openness, this piece offers a grounded center to the room, ideal for gathering, display, or moments of pause. It’s a quiet expression of timeless design, where form follows feeling and materials speak for themselves.

Structure in Tauari
Multiples options of veneer availableTauari, also known as Brazilian Oak, is comparable to North American Red Oak, but 13% harder. Its colours range from off-white to medium brown, with a medium graining pattern and low luster. Tauari wood provides the highly sought after "wheat" colour associated with domestic oak. In addition to being visually appealing, this hardwood is also resistant to decay, insects, and other impacts, ensuring long lasting use of your Tauari wood product.
