Designer: Luciano Santelli

Inspired by the clean lines and expressive forms of Brazilian midcentury design, this counter is a striking balance of elegance and functionality. With a sculptural silhouette and refined proportions, it offers a modern yet timeless presence suited to both residential and commercial interiors.

Crafted in solid wood, the piece showcases rich natural grain, thoughtfully finished to enhance its organic beauty. Subtle joinery details and precise angles reflect exceptional craftsmanship, while the gently curved edges and minimalist profile create a sense of softness and ease.

Designed for versatility, it can serve as a statement surface in a kitchen, dining area, or open-plan living space—ideal for gathering, serving, or display. A built-in footrest adds comfort and practicality, without compromising the streamlined aesthetic.

Both grounded and graceful, this piece brings warmth, texture, and architectural clarity to any environment, embodying the enduring spirit of Brazilian modernism.

Tauari, also known as Brazilian Oak, is comparable to North American Red Oak, but 13% harder. Its colours range from off-white to medium brown, with a medium graining pattern and low luster. Tauari wood provides the highly sought after "wheat" colour associated with domestic oak. In addition to being visually appealing, this hardwood is also resistant to decay, insects, and other impacts, ensuring long lasting use of your Tauari wood product.
