At Domaine de Cala Rossa, Rua Madeira worked alongside the interior design studio Evasion Habitat: the seating indoors and out, nine rugs woven to the dimensions of each room, and the Brazilian sculptures, headdresses and jars that give the house its character.

At the edge of the dunes that lead to Jericoacoara, on one of Brazil's finest kitesurfing spots, Villa Onda has just been completed. Rua Madeira handled the entire furniture project: a first selection drawn from the architect's plans, refined with the client and Frederic Martinet, then customised in wood, fabric and leather, indoors and out, through to delivery and installation.
