At the edge of the dunes that lead to Jericoacoara, Rua Madeira furnished this architect-designed villa from start to finish — indoors and out. A complete scheme drawn from Frédéric Martinet's plans, then customised piece by piece: timbers, finishes, fabrics and leathers.

Our Story
Rua Madeira was born from a search: for talented designers and Brazilian artisans whose work could be found nowhere else in Europe.
Founded by Hubert Trollé and Bastien Colombier, the house travels through Brazil's workshops to meet artisans and designers who carry on a craft passed down through generations. From these encounters come pieces that tell a story: a wood, a technique, a gesture.
Our ambition: to bring this craftsmanship to Europe and the world, piece by piece.
This care shows in a number that matters more to us than sales: not a single quality return in four years. Rua Madeira now ships to more than twenty countries.
